Toronto Personal Training
AssessmentsTo get to where you want to go, you have to know where you are starting! With a physical fitness assessment you can be on your way to achieving your health and fitness goals. An initial assessment is essential for it paints a clear picture of your current fitness level. More importantly, it will highlight areas of needed improvement in order to get you to your goals in a shorter period of time. The assessment includes testing in the following areas: metabolic and body composition analysis, aerobic fitness, core stability & endurance, general muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility/range of motion. Training and CoachingWorking with a trainer is truly the most effective means of achieving your fitness goals, providing you with the necessary accountability, motivation, education, and application needed to get you to your full potential. Yuri will provide you with the most effective means of fitness and athletic conditioning available. His specialties include core conditioning, full-body functional training, sport-specific training, weight loss focused circuit training, muscle building, group training, and prehab. A number of training packages are available to you.

At first, I was concerned that Yuri was expecting too much from me. The workouts have been intense and my sweat outtake could have filled buckets.
